We handle all our orders with complete discretion. We will use the name of our parent company, Duox Venture for the return address on your package and this is the name that we will bill under as well. There will not be any “Condom” word appearing on your package.

All our transactions are done through PayPal, so you can be rest assured that security measures are at it’s best. It is our policy to never share or sell your information to any third party. We only collect information when needed for us to complete your order.

Ordering Information

It is crucial that the information in your Paypal account is accurate. All orders are shipped to the address EXACTLY as it is in your Paypal account details. Shipping labels are printed automatically from your Paypal account so please be sure to double check your address and contact information. We will not be responsible if any item is returned to us because of an incorrect or insufficient address.

International Orders

Our regular shipping mode is through the Malaysia Postal Service utilising International Air Mail at a flat rate of $2 per order (does not apply for bulk or wholesale orders). Please allow 2-3 weeks for international delivery via Air Mail. We do have the option to ship via TNT and DHL on bulk and wholesale orders.

** Free Shipping - As a value-added service, we provide free shipping for orders within Malaysia only. Free shipping utilises our local postal service, Pos Malaysia via Domestic Non-Standard Mail delivery. Please allow 3-5 days for Peninsular Malaysia and 5-8 days for Sabah & Sarawak for delivery.
